Franklin Heald is pictured here with his wife Anne. Franklin Heald, along with his two business partners William Collier and Donald Graham, purchased the land that is now Lake Elsinore and Wildomar from the Sumner Brothers for $12,000 in 1883. Elsinore was incorporated in 1888.
