Methodist/Episcopal Church or First Christian Church
The First Christian Church was originally the home of the Methodist/Episcopal congregation who later moved to the beautiful building on Main St. (see below.) This building you see here replaced the original structure (1884) which was destroyed by a tornado in 1888. It is located at the corners of Heald and Poe. Compare this picture with the one below. What are the differences?
